Who we are - Germantown Trails is a neighborhood association started by a group of people who wanted to improve their local community. We began to form in Fall 2005 and officially elect Board Members every fall.
What we are - Germantown Trails was formed to promote unity in our community as well as represent our community to the City of Germantown and establish fellowship among the neighbors.
We are not a homeowner's association as we have no affiliation with any builders or developers. Membership in the association is not mandatory, however we encourage all our homeowners to join to take full advantage of our offerings.
Where we are - Germantown Trails is located near Farmington Elementary School in the heart of Germantown, TN 38139. We are loosely bordered by Farmington Ave., Cordes Rd., Dogwood Rd., and Allenby Rd./Birchton Ln. Approximately 371 homes are located within our boundaries.
